 Hi.....I am the newbie Hi....I am kinda like a lady in waiting....I have been waiting for my appt w a rhuematoligist for over a month and have been trying to find ways to deal with this....med free
I a currently blanketed with snow and wow does it hurt
I am not sure of a total DX that is one..I have alot of diff conditions but am finding they are all related to fibro
the not sleeping, the migraines, the sinus issues constantly, oh and the PAIN!
I finally go to the dr this coming Tues
the one thing I have found to help me thus far is massage...I did the hot stones and it was so nice...my thererapist was aware of my DX and said anything that hurt he would stop....but the warmth was very nice as it is the one thing that soothes me
hope to make some friends soon!!!

oh gee not that I thought I knew I had it but hearing the official words...wow hurt
so reality bites
she is sending me to a fibro clinic and they are supposed to be very good
no meds yet

Re: Hi.....I am the newbie Good luck, let us know how you do at the Fibro clinic.  It takes some trial and error to find a good med combo, so patience is key

Re: Hi.....I am the newbie I am set to start the fibro center on Tues....Dr started me on cymbalta....guess wait and see
I am off of work for a few weeks because I wanted to see how I would do with meds and treatments
